Mission and Values
My mission as a sex coach is to identify and address gaps in existing care and education systems to support clients toward sexual satisfaction and well-being, in whatever way they define. I serve as a trusted resource for candid conversations about sex, offering acceptance and permission to embrace one's authentic way of experiencing their sexual self throughout their lifespan. I believe sexual rights are human rights.
Orientation Towards Community:
There is an important balance between sitting alone with your own processes and integrating and sharing within your community. While dedicating time and commitment to this work at the individual level can be profound, powerful and sometimes life-altering, it is not the answer to collective liberation, nor does it challenge the systemic issues that many of our sexual concerns are rooted in. I am working to create and collaborate with my community to develop offerings that bolster community connection and help bridge the disconnect we have to each other, nature, playfulness, and our own animal bodies. This involves workshops, group circles, sexuality-themed nature walks, community events, and mutual aid. Stay updated on these events by joining my monthly newsletter at the bottom of this page.
I believe that:
Communities flourish when individuals are empowered to be themselves without fear of discrimination or harm.
In abolishing the same systems that inhibit sexual freedom, health, expression, and autonomy, we also work towards broader social and environmental justice.
Every single individual deserves permission and freedom to set aside time to be fully present, “unproductive” and completely immersed in the body’s capacity for pleasure.

MY CORE VALUES
1. The opportunity for enjoyable partnered or solo sexual experiences free of coercion and violence, as well as from political, legal, and religious interference is a core component of sexual rights as a matter of human rights.
2. Intersectional perspectives must inform policies, education, and advocacy to reflect real lived experiences across age, race, size, gender, gender identity, class, sexual orientation, and ability.
3. We must create and bolster mechanisms in society where the opportunities for consensual and enjoyable sexual activities are available to disabled and variably abled persons; chronically ill persons; those incarcerated in prisons, hospitals, or institutions; those disadvantaged because of age, socioeconomic status, or lack of social skills.
4. Comprehensive sexuality education is an important tool towards gender and racial equity, and addressing stigma and shame surrounding sex and sexuality undeniably contributes to global health and happiness.
5. All those with the capacity to give birth have a human right to comprehensive access to reproductive healthcare and contraception. Restricting this freedom perpetuates broader systems of power and inequality that seek control over individual autonomy.
6. All persons have the right to be free from persecution, condemnation, and discrimination in their consensual private sexual behaviors as well as freedom to their sexual thoughts, feelings, and fantasies.
7. I condemn sexism, homophobia, ableism, ageism, classism, racism, and fascism in all forms. I stand against violence and unconditionally affirm the right of all people to safety, freedom from harm, bodily autonomy, access to aid, justice, and restoration.

Towards an obsolete practice
I would like to acknowledge and name that my career derives financial resources as a result of an inequitable system that provides inadequate education and persistent sex-negative messaging. Pleasure is omitted from ALL sex education in the U.S., many states still do not require medically accurate information in sex-ed classes, and education resources are not widely available to adults. I am committed to contributing to structural and systemic shifts that prioritize sexual liberation in favor of a world where this type of support and education is provided as a fundamental human right.
