Somatic Sexologist Certified Sex Coach

Sexuality is experienced at every stage of life. It can be expressed in infinite ways, and our bodies and minds are intricately wired for pleasure and connection of all forms.

When given the space to flourish in our unique ways, our sexualities can be profound forces of creativity, connection, inspiration, and joy. This delightfully bleeds into all aspects of life.

Somatic sex coaching offers a path to build confidence and enhance connection to your body and authentic sexuality, supporting a life of ease and fulfillment. I specialize in providing a comfortable, confidential space to deliver resourcing, permission and guidance in your unique sexual journeys and intimate relationships.

Why Somatic Sex Coaching?

Somatic Sex Coaching stands apart from traditional coaching through the integration of the mind-body connection. Grounded in polyvagal theory, this compassionate approach considers the nervous system at every step. You are guided to look inward at the sensations and wisdom of your body and are supported through any unexpected emotions that may arise during this process. Through tailored sessions, you’ll gain the tools and insights to overcome personal obstacles and cultivate a deeper connection with your capacity for pleasure and/or enjoyment—all on your own terms.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore, learn, and embrace the truest versions of themselves.

MY COACHING METHOD

  • MEBES Model

My training is rooted in Dr. Patti Britton's MEBES model, which integrates the mind, emotions, body, energy, and spirit. It's about bringing your inner and outer worlds together in a way that honors your inherent worth and potential and encourages authentic expression of your sexuality.

  • Diverse Modalities

From grounding exercises and breathwork to vagus nerve stimulation, visualization exercises and the science of sexology, I draw on skills from a range of modalities. My training in polyvagal theory and body-oriented coaching sets a relaxed and creative tone for sessions. I will only suggest practices that feel safe and comfortable to meet your personal needs.

  • Intersectionality

My approach considers the diversity in which sexuality is experienced across cultures and within marginalized communities. I work to challenge the hyper-individualistic mental health and “wellness” framework that is rooted in colonialist mindsets. I am always learning and open to feedback so I can evolve and grow as an advocate and an ally.

  • You’re seeking practical tools, permission, and a deeper connection to your body

  • You desire a safe and judgment-free space

  • You want tailored support in your goals and are open to exploring new perspectives

  • You would like to discover new capacities for pleasure while resolving blockages with partners and/or within yourself

  • You understand that sex coaching in no way involves nudity, sexual contact, or the exchange of explicit content of any kind
